Schedules available :

Monday-Wednesday, 5 PM-5 AM, $25 / hr.

Thursday-Saturday, 5 PM-5 AM, $26 / h

Mechanical Machine Maintenance Worker essential functions :

• Proficient operator of high-speed machinery equipment with a minimum of 7 years OR equivalent experience.
• Experience planning and performing routine preventative maintenance, unassisted.
• Ability to perform Lock Out Tag out of equipment as needed, unassisted.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve equipment issues, unassisted.
• Basic understanding of the following principles : Pneumatics, Mechanical, PLC, ACDC Drives, Multimeter basics, Basic Electricity & Electronics.
• Skills to perform adjustments and maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Experience with high volume repetitive manufacturing.
• Experience in operating mechanical / electromechanically equipment.
• Equipment trouble shooting experience.
• Solid computer operation and knowledge to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Background and experience in conventional offset operation, preferably in color printing preferred.
• Maintenance background / experience preferred.

Other requirements :

• One year of mechanical experience and skills to perform adjustments and maintenance on mechanical systems, unassisted.
• Able to complete Lock Out Tag Out unassisted.
• Operate and maintain performance on highly technical digital press and bindery equipment, including but not limited to HP 12000 / 6800, book binders such as Allegro, Acoro, and Vareo, Book finishing such as a Diamante or Horauf, and other High-Speed finishing and inserting equipment.
• Experience with high volume repetitive manufacturing.
