Here's what you need to know :

Starting salary : $80,000 - $95,000

Shift Available : 6 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am, 3 on / 4 off

In this role, success means operating injection molding machines with precision, prioritizing safety, quality, efficiency, and scrap reduction.

Adherence to safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and policy compliance, is paramount. Responsibilities include promptly addressing product defects, troubleshooting new tasks, and optimizing operations.

Maintaining machine stock, promptly reporting issues, and fostering a clean, safe work environment are also key.

Qualifications :

• 2-5 years of injection molding experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and organized.
• Familiarity with FDA, USDA, FISMA, and cGMPs beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Candidates with food extrusion manufacturing experience are encouraged.
