Fulfillment Supervisor Job Details :
- Schedule : 8 : 00 am 4 : 30 pm, Monday Friday (Occasional overtime)
- Salary : $65,000 - $70,000 / year (Based on experience)
Responsibilities :
- Supervise order pickers, packing associates, and truck unloaders
- Ensure accurate shipment of products based on orders
- Manage workload and workflow efficiently
- Complete production reports and assist the GM as needed
- Train and manage team performance
Qualifications :
- Two years of supervisory experience in a 3PL environment
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Excellent people skills and leadership abilities
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or 5S is a plus
