Enagic is a Japan-based leading manufacturer of alkaline ionizers and water filtration machines
No experience needed, just need to be very "tech-savvy" (chats, emails, social media)
- Process incoming orders in our system
- Answering incoming customer inquires - phone and emails
- Assisting customers over email and phone
- Record customer information within our database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
