Growing manufacturer is looking for a LATAM Sourcing Manager. This is a newly created role to support their expansion of operations and sourcing activities into Mexico and surrounding areas. You would be developing new partnerships with suppliers and working cross functionally with the product team, engineering and marketing with identifying different products. You would be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers to build strong partnerships. Products and materials to source would be metal sheets and components, powder coating, thermo plastics coatings, and rubber materials.

They are a stable company with various product lines and have been in business for over 40 years. Productive, family-oriented, friendly and collaborative environment. This position is hybrid with ability to work from home 2 days per week. Fast-paced, challenging but also a fun place to work.

• 2 years of sourcing experience within the LATAM region
• Ability to travel, anticipated to be about a week a month for first year
• Self motivated and cross functional
• Bilingual with English and Spanish
• Experience working with NetSuite a plus
