Schedule | 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday (overtime on Friday)
Pay rate | $20 - 22/hr.
Paint / Assembly Lead essential tasks:

Train and coach associates on proper paint application and assembly procedures.
Create, maintain, and display associates' daily task schedule.
Provide training on daily performance reporting and ensure received production tickets are correct.
Audit Associates work for production and quality standards.
Review completed part travelers for accuracy and complete paint/assembly operations in JobBOSS.
Provide feedback to the Finishing Coordinator regarding associate performance.
Ensure daily 5S activities are maintained.
Performs Paint-Assembly Level II requirements.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will have a high level of attention to detail and powder coating experience.
