12:30pm - 10:00pm
8:30pm - 6:00am
Inventory Control Supervisor responsibilities:

• Train and evaluate labor crew, fostering skill development
• Schedule and manage the inventory control (IC) crew
• Assign daily tasks and monitor adherence to procedures
• Verify and maintain accurate product specifications and inventory records
• Enforce plant SOP's, GMP's, and material handling rules
• Coordinate material delivery changes with production management
• Conduct safety and training meetings
• Monitor equipment performance and report defects
• Communicate with relevant departments to resolve material issues
• Handle labor and inventory discrepancies professionally
• Maintain orderly materials storage areas
• Coordinate zone cleaning schedules with sanitation and warehouse departments
• Promote daily safety practices
