Staff Management Group is seeking a Reach Truck Operator for our client in Mount Olive, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements before applying for this position.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6AM - 2:30PM

Pay Rate

• $17.50 / hour

Summary

The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for efficiently operating a reach truck to load, move, and unload heavy materials in warehouses or large retail stores.

Job Description

• Ship and store cured meats
• Receive product in using WMS (warehouse management system )
• Put away and picking of parts using RF scanner.
• Pick and put away using high reach unload and load trucks with sit down lift.
• Use high-rise picking machine or reach truck to pick cases for orders and do putaway.
• Scan and move inventory to designate pallet locations.
• Used radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, putaway, and load functions, as required.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Reach Truck Operator or in a related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Certification as a Reach Truck Operator, which demonstrates that you can safely operate a reach truck in a warehouse, distribution center, or big box store.
• Compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA).
