Staffinity is seeking a Community Associate for a very large global company. This is a full-time, permanent position with hourly wage, vacation, benefits and bonus. The work schedule is in-office every day, Monday to Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. This is a great opportunity to build a corporate career with a long established company.

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and provide information to prospective and existing customers.
• Greet clients who come to the desk. Provide information and directions as required.
• Assist with meeting room setup
• Maintain accuracy of billing
• Ensure that all services are properly charged, so that invoices are accurate
• Handle both physical mail and email
• Provide administrative services (print, fax, copy) to clients

Qualifications

• 1 years of admin or customer service experience is a strong asset
• Strong multitasking ability
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive and customer centric attitude
• Legally eligible to work in the US and at least 18 years old

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
