Pay rate - $20.50 per hour

Schedule - Monday- Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm

Position Reports To: Production Supervisor

Positions Supervised: General Labor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Arrive 30 minutes before shift starts.

· Professional in attitude and performance in supervision of staff

· Work in conjunctions with other departments for positive production results

· Inspection of product every hour or more frequently depending if the job is complex or critical in its design or use

· Knowledge of the rates of the jobs running on the production line you are responsible for.

· Responsible for job cards being filled out both correctly and accurately

· Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job

· Ability to multitask

· Perform all functions as required in WMS

· Responsible for training line workers in all aspects of production line work

· Responsible for maintaining company safety environment

· Responsible for effectively managing company procedures and policies

· Perform other duties as assigned

Required Functions

· Arrive 15 minutes before shift starts.

· Manage personnel and delegate to subordinates.

· Maintain goals given.

· Ensure proper tools are obtained to perform the job.

· Review documentation to ensure is accurate and based on GMP requirements.

· Work overtime (extended hours, Saturdays and Sundays).

· Follow GMP and company’s policies.

· Keep safety to the highest level.

· Discipline and train line workers when necessary.

· Work with other Production Leaders to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.

Minimum Qualifications

· High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications

· High School Diploma/GED and/or three years related experience or training in warehouse production

Special Requirements

· Walking and standing long periods of time.

· Lifting 20 pounds minimum.
