Staffing Recruiter/Account Executive
As a Staffing Recruiter/Account Executive, you will generate new business, increase sales, obtain new clients- and expand business with new & past contacts! The position requires the development & management of relationships with businesses to sell/cross-sell company services. This is a great opportunity for someone who strives to have a creative and curious nature to learn and grow!
Responsibilities:

You will occasionally encounter stressful conditions dealing with clients and temporary employees. You should have good verbal and written skills; good interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize tasks and follow-through with ideas; and the ability to resolve conflicts through critical thinking and effective problem solving. Make independent client calls, some of which need be done in person requiring travel within the Portland/Metro area. Experience in sales, business development, and/or marketing is strongly preferred. Working with legal professionals is strongly preferred.
Healthy base salary and attractive unlimited monthly commission based on performance after 90 days. Uncapped!
