- Manage client communication and maintain up-to-date client files
- Assist attorneys with trial prep/notebooks, discovery review/organization
- Coordinate file management with meticulous detail
- Greet clients and handle inquiries with professionalism and kindness
What you'll need to succeed:
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
- Self-managing yet receptive to guidance
- Process-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, Adobe
- Willing to learn and grow in the legal industry
