As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement quality control measures. Duties:
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement quality management processes
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Fabricate and maintain testing equipment and tools
- Perform regular quality audits to assess compliance with standards
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to verify product dimensions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Document and report on quality assurance activities

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Experience with quality management systems
- Ability to perform detailed quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
- Familiarity with fabricating and maintaining testing equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
