Staffing Partners is Hiring a Material Handler 2nd Shift Near Oak, WI
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute all policies, procedures and work instructions associated with this position to fulfill company’s objectives.
- Accurately pick, pack, check, ship and receive orders 100% of the time utilizing ERP and TMS.
- Operate shipping equipment correctly.
- Receive product and arrange on proper storage shelving.
- Maintain knowledge of Food safety regulations.
- Assist in cycle count/ inventory activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Work with other employees within the department and company to achieve departmental objectives.
- Report any Safety or equipment concerns to Warehouse manager or designee.
- Overtime can be scheduled as required based on company needs.
- Adhere to all GMP, SQF EHS requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel.
- Basic math skills.
- High level of attention to detail
- Valid Lift truck licenses – Reach & Counterbalance (Standing & Sitting Trucks)
- Open to new responsibilities, highly adaptable.
- Proactive mind-set and flexibility are important as well as the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work with all labor groups.
- Ability to adapt to different job functions.
- Trainable, can retain what is taught.
- Actively involved, always wanting to learn.
