Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies , has partnered with our client in hiring for receptionist opening. The position hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 4 : 30 pm working for their corporate office located in Denver, CO.

A summary of the role will include :

• Directing incoming calls and assisting with general inquiries
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the right meeting rooms or personnel
• Assist with mail incoming and outgoing to include sending overnight packages via FedEx, UPS or other
• Maintain the break room area to ensure supplies are stocked
• Assist with other projects as they become available

Qualifications :

• 2 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Compensation and Benefits :

The compensation for this position starts at $23.00 per hour but can pay higher. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
