We are currently seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication and operating press brake machinery.

Position: Press Brake Operator

Schedule: 1st shift: Monday to Thursday from 6:00am – 4:30pm

2nd shift: Monday to Thursday from 4:30pm – 3:00am

Pay Range: $23 to $27 an hour, DOE, weekly pay

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to blueprints and work orders
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Adjust machine settings for different jobs and materials
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the correct bends and angles
- Work with various tools including micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Trumpf Press Brake Operator or similar machine
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes
- Familiarity with lathe, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and welding techniques is a plus
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and angles
- Experience with quality inspection procedures and using tools like micrometers
- Understanding of tooling setup and maintenance
