Sales Representative/Staffing Agency - Albany NY

Regional Staffing Agency, with Award-Winning designation and locations in the Albany Area, has an excellent career opportunity for a Sales Associate with 2 years of experience in Business to Business(B2B) Sales.

We are a local company and offer extremely competitive commission-based compensation! We provide an open-book payment structure that allows each salesperson to audit the sales results individually! Our TOP performers earn over $85,000!

Our ideal candidate would have B2B Sales Experience with a Staffing and/or Recruiting agency, can work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company and has a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Outside direct sales Albany Capital District
• Hunt and secure new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, strategic networking, and lead-generation techniques.
• Cultivate and Nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales, consistently surpassing targets.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams on a daily basis.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in sales, preferably outside sales
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• 2 years Sales experience Business to Business selling Staffing and recruiting services or similar types sales B2B.
