Staff Genius is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our team and provide essential care to residents in nursing homes located in West Chester, PA, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help residents with mobility by transferring, positioning, and ambulating as needed
• Monitor residents' condition and report any changes to the supervising nurse or healthcare team
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and their families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to infection control protocols

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Nurse Aide in the state of Pennsylvania
• Previous experience working in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions with residents and staff
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation to commute to various nursing home locations in West Chester, PA, and nearby areas
