Staffed4U is Hiring a Server Near Cadillac, MI
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, seat them at appropriate tables, and provide menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
- Ensure accuracy in delivering orders to guests, paying close attention to special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the food and beverage options.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and maintain order accuracy.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Present and explain the bill to guests, process payments, and return change or receipts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team.
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills accurately.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays of food or drink.
- A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
