Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Painter to apply finishes to our CNC machined components. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of painting techniques, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces of CNC machined parts for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Mix paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and finishes, following specifications and instructions.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using spray guns, brushes, or rollers, ensuring even coverage and smooth finish.
• Monitor drying times and environmental conditions to optimize paint application and curing processes.
• Inspect finished parts for defects or imperfections and make necessary touch-ups or adjustments.
• Maintain painting equipment and tools, performing regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure proper functioning.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a painter in a manufacturing or CNC machining environment.
• CARC Experience (2-3 years)
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Experience with surface preparation techniques such as sandblasting is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
