Job Summary: We are looking for hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our CNC machining operations. The General Laborer will assist in various tasks within the production facility, including machine setup, material handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and advancement within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist CNC operators with machine setup, loading and unloading materials, and tool changes.
• Perform basic machine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment.
• Sort and organize raw materials and finished parts in designated storage areas.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production area, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
• Support other team members as needed to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Learn and develop skills related to CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role 
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with grinding and sandblasting preferred.
