Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Med/Surg Float team on a rotating shift basis. This is a 3-year temp-to-perm assignment located in Peterborough, NH. The ideal candidates will be adaptable, skilled in Med/Surg nursing, and willing to float to our ICU when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg patients.
Float to ICU as needed, providing care for more acute cases.
Accurately read and interpret vital signs.
Administer injections and vaccinations.
Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) efficiently.
Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent Med/Surg experience preferred.
Travel Experience: Previous travel nursing experience is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
Certifications:
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA
Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) & Telemetry certification preferred for ICU float.
Licensure:
New Hampshire RN license or Compact State License must be active at the time of submission.
Submission Requirements:
Updated resume detailing Med/Surg experience.
Active NH or Compact State RN License.
Proof of ACLS and BLS certifications.
Confirmation of willingness to float to ICU.
Documentation of PALS & Telemetry certification if available.
