Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Wiring Lead to join our team. As a Panel Wiring Lead, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical panels according to schematics and specifications, tracking levels of manufacturing supplies, and training new employees on assembly and shop duties. Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire electrical panels based on schematics and specifications
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete panel wiring tasks
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide guidance and training to new assemblers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:
- 5 years of panel wiring or related field
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- ISO9001 or UL508A certifications preferred
- Prior High and Low voltage experience preferred
- Prior training or lead experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
