Staff Finders Technical of Oregon is Hiring a ( 37570) Agricultural Manufacturing Quality Supervisor JOHN DEERE Near East Moline, IL

Client: John Deere

Req# / Job Title: 37570 / Engineer Quality – I

Payrate: $30 - $35/hour

UP TO A $5000 RETENTION BONUS

Location: East Moline, IL

Approved Duration: 36 months

Accessibility: Onsite

Shift Days: Monday – Friday

Shift Time: 10:30pm – 7am

Description: Experience a must:

Provide quality assurance on the assembly line for assembly of torque tools and painted parts and trouble shoot any defects and provide root cause analysis of issues.

Must Haves:

· Good communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with salaried and wage personnel in a team environment

· A self-starter with the ability to execute a variety of tasks

· Understanding of manufacturing processes and working in a production environment

· Must be able to work variable shifts

· Must be able to consistently arrive on time and support the production line until daily production goals are met

· Must be able to work safely while wearing all required PPE (Bump cap, face mask (if applicable), ear plugs, safety glasses, gloves, metatarsal boots)

· Must be able to spend a significant majority of the shift in a shop floor environment working directly with other members of the team

Available Performance Bonuses:

This position is eligible (based off performance) for incremental, progressive retention bonuses at every 90 days for the first year on assignment. $5,000 for the first year broken down below

· $750 at 3 months

· $1,000 at 6 months

· $1,250 at 9 months

· $2,000 at 12 months
