Stadium Management Company is Hiring an Account Manager, Premium Services Near Denver, CO

JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Account Manager, Premium Services is to oversee the ideation, implementation, and activation of assigned premium seating accounts, strengthening relationships in the process by providing excellent customer service. The goal shall be to maximize the return on investment for each account while also supporting team profitability and marketing goals. Working closely with all members of the premium sales and service team, this position will also play an active event execution role in various initiatives to further new business development and renewal efforts of the entire partnership sales and premium seating teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strengthen and grow relationships with premium clientele by:
  • Developing and providing world-class customer service programs to premium clients
  • Implementing an ongoing best-in-class service program and processes
  • Implementing ongoing touchpoint cadence focused on in-person interactions with premium clients
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough notes and records within internal systems including Dynamics 365 and Archtics
  • Assisting with premium account holder requests and event service for Broncos and non-Broncos events
Successfully execute premium hospitality campaigns by:
  • Ideating and executing premium events calendar and engagement program
  • Proactively engaging and selling premium products to existing clients with expiring contracts
  • Actively participating in new business campaigns by proactively selling new premium products
  • Actively participating in and supporting cross department initiatives including communication, events, added value opportunities, gifting, etc.
  • Identifying revenue growth opportunities for assigned premium account base and new prospects
Ensure best-in-class execution and coordination across departments by:
  • Ensuring all premium products are thoroughly prepared for stadium events including Broncos and non-Broncos events
  • Working closely with other departments within organization on premium related programs including marketing, game day entertainment, finance, community development, public relations, stadium operations, ticket sales and operations, football operations, etc.
  • Retaining, organizing and maintaining current and historical agreements and contractual documents for assigned client base
  • Coordinating billing, invoicing, and reconciliation for assigned premium accounts
  • Distribution of tickets, parking, etc. assigned premium accounts.
Contribute to department and organizational initiatives by:
  • Completing all other duties set forth by leadership
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Updated Resume

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years ticket sales or service experience within the sports, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work all Denver Broncos games, stadium events, nights and weekends, plus other initiatives, and events as designated
 
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITY
  • Proven track record of generating revenue through client renewals or new sales
  • Proficient utilizing ticketing software, Microsoft Office, and customer relationship management
  • Effectively manage communication with account base and maintain positive engagement through outreach cadence
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Passionate about hospitality and service
  • Process-driven mindset and attention to detail
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this Colorado position is $70,000- $75,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
