• Ensure each guest receives outstanding service through friendly and effective interactions with every guest.
• Must be able to receive payments, count money and handle cash for cash and carry items.
• Customer service care, including answering phones and assisting with financial questions and payments.
• Answer and accurately direct phone calls.
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to management.
• Accurately read, count and write in order to complete all needed documentation and paperwork.
• Must have flexible hours and be available to work weekends and all holidays except for Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.
• Maintain professional demeanor and provide assistance to fellow staff as needed and/or dictated by management.
• Adhere to all company policies as listed in the employee handbook.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends required with two consecutive days off during the week. However, we understand sometimes you'll need a Saturday or Sunday off to attend a family event. We try to accomodate those needs for all our staff!

Are you available to work weekends and some major holidays?

We are closed for Easter, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day and Thanksgiving but all employees may be needed for other holidays as required by management.
