JOB DESCRIPTION:

Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar on the beautiful Vancouver Waterfront is looking for a Kitchen Manager who can lead a team to success through their leadership and culinary skills.

Competitive Salary with Quarterly Bonus potential (salary based on experience and track record of results).

160 hours (3 weeks ) Accrued Annual PTO

Set schedule with 2 consecutive days off

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year as a Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high volume, full-service restaurant. Looking for a candidate who wants additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities in a growing company
• Must be available nights and weekends
• Must have strong leadership skills and abilities.
• Ability to manage, lead, train, and develop people
• Strong communication skills
• Must be dependable, reliable and motivated.
• Must be outgoing, personable, and reliable with a strong sense of hospitality.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
- Handle food safely and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Utilize knife skills to prepare ingredients for cooking.
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient food service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year. Compensation paid at an hourly rate and is based on a 50 hour work week
