Preschool Teacher
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Provide a variety of learning experiences to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children
- Use effective teaching strategies to engage children in active learning
- Assess and monitor the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and progress
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Experience in early intervention strategies for children with special needs
- Knowledge of literacy education techniques for preschool-aged children
- Familiarity with physical education activities suitable for young children
