Position – Receptionist/Customer Service
Mission – Responsible for being the primary contact for all customers for Stabila NA.
Position reports to – Finance Manager
Previous Positions – Receptionist or Customer Service
Industry Experience – Distribution or Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities: Meet and greet all visitors
Handle all incoming calls, and redirect as appropriate
Provide customer order status, provide tracking numbers
Assist customers with where to buy, warranty information
Assist with Order Entry Process as needed
Provide Admin services to the sales team as needed
Assist in meeting planning and preparation
Monitor the use of equipment and supplies
File on daily basis
Order lunches as needed
Supply ordering
Additional administrative tasks as needed
Skills: Strong Time Management Skill
Good computer skills (proficient with Excel)
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Strong Organizational Skills
Team Player
