MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / COMPETENCIES
1. Repair and perform minor maintenance jobs; i.e., patching, painting, mechanical and electrical repair. Analysis and remediation of supplier files per SOP guidelines.
2. Move office furniture, shelving, file cabinets, etc. as needed. Ability to support and execute supplier desk audits.
3. Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; conducting functional tests; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions; calling for special service; maintaining equipment and part inventories.
4. Maintains the Preventative Maintenance program in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and schedules.
5. Ensure that the facilities and equipment are maintained in accordance with maintenance procedures and schedules using our CMMS system. 
6. Perform daily walks throughout the facility (inside, perimeter and roof) to ensure that all facility related equipment is performing as expected – including HVAC, Air Compressor, Sprinkler system.
7. Assist with the Security, Fire/Burglar, and Alarm system - 24 hours.
8. Ensure chemicals are handled and stored and disposed per applicable SDS requirements.
9. Perform “On Call” responsibilities; during weekends and after hours as required.
10. Other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION & TRAINING
• High school diploma or GED.

EXPERIENCE
• Demonstrated knowledge, aptitude and experience in the following areas
o Equipment
o Facilities
o Plumbing

SKILLS
• Mechanically inclined with basic electrical and plumbing skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Conscientious with good decision-making ability and ability to complete multiple tasks.

Pay range is $25 to $35 per hour - final compensation will depend on experience.
