STA Architectural Group is an award-winning, boutique architecture and interior design firm with an extensive portfolio which spans over 35 years. The firm’s work includes retail, residential, commercial and hospitality projects. STA has an immediate need for a talented and driven mid-level Architect to join our nurturing and creative work environment. 

Role Description

The ideal candidate for this role should be skilled in developing drawings from schematic design to construction documents. They should be well organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, applicants must exhibit a flexible and proactive approach to work as part of a team while being able to take initiative in coordinating and tackling day to day operations. 

Requirements

Requirements include a high skill level in AutoCAD and proficiency in Photoshop, Sketch Up, InDesign, and Microsoft Office. Ideal Candidates must have a BA in Architecture; a minimum of 5 years of production experience with a variety of projects; and the ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, vendors and local governments alike. Experience with code research and knowledge of local code, ADA, NFPA and FBC is required.
