Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team at the OCONUS - UK location within the Secure Supply Chain Management Framework. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting and reporting on equipment for projects and refresh. Asset Management database analysis and maintenance. Asset reporting and reconciliation between multiple systems. Shipping and receiving of equipment. Reports weekly sent to Regional Logistics Manager Travel to other sites to assist in duties Performs other, related duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of relevant experience, an Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience, or a High school Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience. Proficient in MS Office. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience providing receipt, accountability, stocking and inventory of electronic equipment and components. Experience with data entry to query and enter information for supply, acquisition and inventory purposes. Experience with recording purchase request documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors. Able to maintain records to account for items shipped (database & paperwork). Preferred Qualifications: Handheld Scanner experience. Experience working in ServiceNow. Experience performing logistics functions in a cleared environment. Database design / MS Excel proficiency. Technical writing Experience in Jira system Security Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI with polygraph Physical Requirements: Must be able to move and lift 50 pounds. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Working with data. Move about freely in a laboratory setting. Repetitive motions.
