    The Elementary STEM Teacher with Literacy Intervention Responsibilities is responsible for delivering high-quality STEM education to all students within the elementary school setting while collaborating with the literacy teacher to provide additional support in literacy intervention activities. This position requires an individual with a strong background in STEM education, particularly in robotics, who will foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among elementary school students.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. STEM Education Instruction: Develop and implement engaging STEM curriculum that aligns with grade-level standards and objectives, integrating robotics and other hands-on activities to foster curiosity and exploration among students.
    2. Robotics Instruction: Design and facilitate robotics lessons and projects that allow students to explore concepts such as coding, engineering, and design thinking, fostering a deeper understanding of STEM principles.
    3. Literacy Intervention Support: Collaborate with the literacy teacher to provide additional support in literacy intervention, including direct instructional support and providing time for classroom teachers to progress monitor and instruct small groups of students.
