Per Diem Psychiatrist

Evaluates and admits patients to the inpatient service and the outpatient programs. Provides floor coverage to the inpatient service on evenings, nights and weekends. Collaborates with the treatment team to ensure the highest standards of medical care. New York State Medical License and training in psychiatry. Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form. Ability to identify and manage psychiatric and medical emergencies.
Completion of approved psychiatric residency with clinical training and experience in the specialty area to which assigned.
American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology eligible
New York State Medical License

Pay: $140-155/hr
