Store Manager in Training
Over the last 68 years, SVdP has grown from a volunteer-led non-profit to the largest human services agency in Lane County with more than 600 employees. Our mission is to assist the vulnerable and those in need of consolation, seeking out and utilizing every resource. The Store Manager in Training will work closely with a store manager to ensure customers have positive experiences in our store, and retail staff have support and are given opportunities to succeed and grow in their skills.
Our retail stores ensure that we can operate our emergency services, and youth and family services for community members experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming unhoused. Our retail staff interact with diverse populations, including our guests and program participants with vouchers for clothing and household items. We hope to provide dignity and respect to our customers and your work will help ensure all our neighbors in need receive compassionate care.
Potential Hours: Full time, non-exempt 40/hours a week
