Over the last 68 years, SVdP has grown from a volunteer-led non-profit to the largest human services agency in Lane County with more than 600 employees. Our mission is to assist the poor and those in need of consolation, seeking out and utilizing every resource. St. Vincent de Paul of Lane County is looking for ambitious and hardworking individuals to add to our team!! We have full-time work available as a Warehouse worker!

Candidate must have great attention to detail, have the physical ability to work hard and efficiently in a warehouse setting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Operate bailing, cutting and sewing equipment.

* Use upper body to flip mattresses.

* Move and stack materials.

* Use a forklift to load trucks.

* Stand on your feet 8 hours a day.

* Quaility control.

* Maintenance of machines.

* Receive and load truck.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

* Self-motivated, organized and ability to work as part of a team.

* Ability to work in a fast paced production/warehouse environment .

* Strong verbal communication skills.

* Ability to stand for 8 hours.

* Able to push and up up to 50 lbs.
