Job Details Job Title Warehouse Worker II Reports To Warehouse Manager Salary Grade N3 FLSA Status Non-exempt Effective Date July 2021 Summary Warehouse Worker II has an excellent work ethic and is always looking for tasks to keep them busy. They are self-starters that look for ways to contribute to their team and exceed their production goals. People in this role should have a commitment to getting tasks completed and a hands-on approach to work. Candidates will work closely with management by actively monitoring inventory while keeping precise locations of stored and stocked donations items. He/she is also responsible for the set-up electronics auction area. Essential Functions
Drives sales in the auction, outlet and recycling and salvage markets.
Accurately operate the cash register, computer, POS machine, and credit card verification terminal; follows proper procedures regarding voids, credit cards, etc.
Ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers and donors.
Loads and unloads trucks, processes products and operates baler and forklift (cannot operate a forklift until receive Forklift certification).
Assess the needs in the warehouse floor area to ensure a constant and efficient flow of product, bins and gaylords
On time completion of assigned training and policies.
Makes trips to dispose furniture and waste that no longer is needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 3 years of warehouse experience in a retail or stock room environment or equivalent.
At least 1 year of cash register/point of sale experience in a retail or fast-food environment Required.
Work Schedule flexibility
Forklift Certification required , or willing to obtain it within six months of employment.
Basic use of MS Office.
Be at least 21 years of age with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience; possesses a valid California driver's license; and has no Class 1 or more than two Class 2 violations within the past 36 months.
