Warehouse Production worker Job Description Summary Under the direction of the Store Manager your responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
1. Maintaining Warehouse Area.
2. Sorting/Pricing items received in Warehouse Area.
3. Stock rotation.
4. Inventory control.
5. Organization of placement of incoming donations.
Qualifications Ability to adhere to the organization's core principles and policies. Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and/or direction from supervisor. Ability to read and write reports. Ability to lift, carry, move, re-place objects/furniture up to 50 lbs singly, or move up to 100 lbs with assistance. Standing for long periods of time, walking, bending, lifting, squatting, reaching, pulling/pushing heavy objects.
Duties and Tasks
1. Determine decisively, which donated items are NOT acceptable as set forth in our guidelines.
2. Accept/Inspect all items donated through warehouse.
3. Test all incoming and existing electrical and media devices.
4. Place priced items on sales floor shelving throughout Store.
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $12.00 - $12.50/hour.
