Lunch Manager Duties:

• Develop and maintain menu ( ensure federal dietary guidelines are followed):

• Inventory, order, and control the quality of food (and all other products needed in the lunch room):

• Ensure all health department rules are followed and work with them when needed.:

• Supervise lunch employees and volunteers:

• Cook, serve, and manage lunch room:

• Manage and maintain all data collection for the NFSP (including preparing numbers for reimbursement, verifying menu dietary compliance, and ensuring proper purchasing procedures):

• Attend professional development and accrue all professional hours needed:

• Bill and collect money from families for breakfast and lunch
