Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of young students. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a productive and respectful classroom atmosphere
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with autism or special learning needs
- Assess student progress through various methods, such as tests, projects, and observations
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success
- Utilize educational technology to enhance instruction and engage students
- Provide tutoring or additional support to students as needed
- Foster a love of learning and promote literacy education in all subject areas
- Stay up-to-date with current educational practices and research in childhood development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification/license
- Experience working with elementary school students
- Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain student engagement
- Proficient in written communication for lesson planning and student assessments
