Join our team as a Preschool Teacher and make a positive impact on the lives of young learners. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for early childhood education to nurture and guide our preschool students.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of children
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages student exploration and creativity
- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique learning needs
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members to ensure a collaborative educational experience
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote a positive learning atmosphere
- Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and childhood development principles into daily activities
- Monitor student progress and assess learning outcomes to adjust teaching strategies as needed

Skills:

- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of special education practices and techniques
- Proficiency in lesson planning tailored to preschool-aged children
- Understanding of childhood development stages and milestones
- Familiarity with private school educational standards and practices
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
- Ability to provide quality childcare while promoting a love for learning

Job Type: Full-time
