Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various electronic devices, including computers, smartphones, and tablets. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will ensure that our customers receive high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. Duties: - Perform software troubleshooting and hardware repairs on a variety of electronic devices - Diagnose and repair issues with computer hardware, including desktops and laptops - Provide technical support to customers, both in-person and over the phone - Analyze device malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repair - Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble devices - Replace damaged or faulty components, ensuring proper functionality - Conduct thorough testing to verify the success of repairs - Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used - Assist with retail sales, providing product recommendations and answering customer inquiries Skills: - Proficient in software troubleshooting for both iOS and Android devices - Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware components and Mac OS - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze device malfunctions - Familiarity with hand tools used in electronic device repair - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and customer satisfaction We offer competitive pay based on experience.
