Responsibilities - Service Technician
- Perform multi-point inspection and diagnose malfunction(s)
- Provide estimate of time and parts needed for repair/maintenance
- Perform quality repair and maintenance work on recalls, general maintenance, and diagnostics
- Learn new information and techniques in training sessions
- Efficiently repair brakes, air-conditioning, alignment, transmission; steering/suspension, etc.
- Repair electrical, wiring, circuits and fixtures
- Install equipment, components, and systems
- Keep shop neat and account for dealership owned tools
- Other duties may be assigned according to skill level and certification
Requirements - Service Technician
- Auto Service Tech/Repair Experience Required
- ASE Certification preferred but not required.
- Other certifications accepted
- Ability to work in a High-Volume Setting!
- Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, A/C equipment, etc.
- Basic computer skills
- Must provide own tools
- Analytical skills and ability to multi-task
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR and drug screen
