Position: Children and Family Ministries Director
Hours: 25 hrs
Salary: $30,000
Reports To: Staff-Parish Relations Committee and Senior Pastor
Position Summary: The Children and Family Ministries Director will develop and nurture a ministry for all types of families, striving to guide, nurture, and support all people as they grow as Christian disciples. The director must pay attention to family circumstances, understand the home as a setting for spiritual formation, and provide relevant and intentional ministry for all families through the church and in the community. The Director will utilize existing ministries, and look for opportunities to grow and expand our children’s and family ministry. They will strive to grow St. Paul’s community of faith.

Responsibilities:
Vacation: Two weeks of paid vacation can be taken annually after one year of
service, three weeks annually after five years of service and four weeks
annually after ten years of service.
