This is an on-site position.Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical professional to join our team as an Azure Cloud / Windows Systems Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in on-premise Microsoft Windows infrastructure, Azure cloud technologies, and network administration. This role involves architecting, implementing, and maintaining an array of technology solutions to meet the organization's IT needs.Responsibilities:Infrastructure Management and Administration:Develop and implement scalable and secure technology resources based on industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design on-premise and/or cloud solutions that align with organizational goals.Infrastructure Management:Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to cloud and on-premise systems to provide timely resolution.Migration and Integration:Plan and execute migration of on-premises systems to Azure cloud environments as needed.Integrate cloud solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless operation.Security and Compliance:Implement and enforce security measures to protect infrastructure and data.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity and compliance.Automation and Scripting:Develop and maintain automation scripts for provisioning, configuration, and management of enterprise resources.Performance Optimization:Identify and implement strategies for optimizing systems and infrastructure for cost, performance, and efficiency.Conduct performance analysis and make recommendations for improvements.Documentation and Training:Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations and procedures.Provide training and support to internal teams on on-premise / cloud-related technologies and best practices. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree.5 years of proven experience as a Microsoft Cloud / Windows Systems AdministratorExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint & Office 365Strong proficiency in Azure cloud platforms In-depth knowledge of networking, security, and system administration.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills:Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, etc.)Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
