Position Summary: The Director of CDS is a member of St. Paul’s Ministry Team who will lead and direct the St. Paul’s Christian Day School. As a member of the Ministry Team, they will work cooperatively with all team members and provide support to the overall ministry of the school and will encourage professional growth and development, community outreach, and curriculum development and implementation. The CDS Director of School will manage all activities in the school and work collaboratively with the ministry team and CDS Board. Additionally, they will work within the annual budget as approved by the congregation and school board.

Experience and Expectation Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education preferred
• Principal certification or other leadership credentials
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in education or supervision
• Proficient in technology applications

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
