-Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.

-Must have valid driver’s license with clear Motor Vehicle Record.

JOB DUTIES:

-Clean out all trash from apartments before, during and after make-ready activity.

-Clean/restore recently vacated apartment.

-Maintain the cleanliness of the facility and grounds.

-Must be able to install or assist with the installation of appliances.

-May be required to perform on-call duty for after hours and weekend emergencies when assigned.

-Will be required to assist in other areas of property including grounds keeping duties, trash pick-up, housekeeping, office support, etc. depending on property needs.

-Assist with the minor and routine maintenance/repair, as directed.

-The position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
