Position Overview:
As the Bar Manager at Saint Patrick's Restaurant Group and Entertainment Center, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operation, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to drive sales and profitability while upholding our brand values.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for bar service, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with regulations.
• Hire, train, and supervise bar staff, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure optimal performance and teamwork.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests, fostering positive relationships and promoting customer loyalty.
• Oversee beverage selection, pricing, and inventory control, optimizing product offerings and profitability while meeting customer preferences.
• Plan and execute promotions, special events, and marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Monitor bar sales and expenses, analyze financial reports, and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets and cost-saving objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies regarding alcohol service, health and safety, and sanitation.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen and event planning, to coordinate service and ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Bartending License REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Proven experience in bar management or supervisory roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
• Thorough knowledge of beverage trends, industry best practices, and legal requirements related to alcohol service.
• Proficiency in bar management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) preferred.
