Job Skills / Requirements
Maintenance Technician
Full Time: Tue-Sat
Daylight Shift: 7am-3:30pm
$17/ hour
As a part of our professional cleaning team you would be servicing clients in the following ways:
- Light Electrical such as changing Ballast
- Light Plumbing such as tending to leaking faucets
- Replacement of toilets, toilet sensors, and partitions.
- Carpentry Skills
- General Handyman experience
- Wall Repair such as patching and painting
- Will be required to move items from one place to another.
- Required to lift 50 lbs., anything over 50lbs will require assistance.
- Repetitive motion required on a daily basis and may include: pushing, pulling, reaching, squatting, and lifting.
- Keeping cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing operator repairs and parts replacement.
- Maintaining safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Maintaining continuity between shifts by documenting actions; noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
