About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6,500 students and employs 850 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities-Response Paraprofessional-3 hours a day
Responsible for working with students to be academically successful by assessing and remediating academic skills under the direction of certified professionals in individual or small group settings; maintain confidentiality of student and family information as required under FERPA. Position Overview & Responsibilities-Teacher Paraprofessional-2 hours a dayResponsible for supervising students in and outside the building in order to maintain a safe and orderly environment, preparing classroom materials and completing records and reports as assigned; maintain confidentiality of student and family information as required under FERPA. Start date: ASAP
Contract: 170 days
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM-1:15 PM

Requirements & Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and two years of post-secondary education or successful completion of the ParaPro; ability to work with staff to provide services to students in skill deficient areas.
